Tulia Christian Fellowship is a thriving church located in Tulia, TX pastored by Rusty and Vickie Gray since 1986. Rusty is a gifted teacher, adding laughter, object lessons, video, and much humor to hold your attention. He had the vision for and developed two explosive, life-changing ministries-GroundZero & PowerKids. He is also a parent educator and Executive Director of ParentsPlace.
